How to find Explorit We are in East Davis about 10 miles west of Sacramento along I-80.
Explorit Science Center at 2801 Second Street, Davis is our main public facility. The facility is on east Second Street with easy access from I-80 via the Mace offramp and 1.2 miles along 2nd St. on the north side of the freeway. Explorit's Mace Ranch Park Branch is on the north side of Fifth Street in East Davis and is recognizable by a driveway of walnut and olive trees leading to what looks like a ranch house. This Explorit site houses business and most staff offices, and is home to our nature-based school programs. Directions:

Main Public Facility Explorit Science Center: 2801 2nd Street, Davis Open for drop-in visitors during regular public hours listed below. Also open weekday mornings for school groups by reservation. Explorit Public Hours: Tue-Fri 2pm - 4:30pm Sat-Sun 11am - 4:30pm Open occasional Mondays Closed between exhibitions and on major holidays. General Admission $4.00 Members, and children 3yrs. and under, Free Teachers (with school ID) Free. Admission is free to all on the 4th Sunday of each month.
