Highlights of 2006-07
73,249 people visited Explorit during public hours or participated in our on-site and traveling programs.
55,918 children, parents and teachers engaged in our nine school programs. Our fee assistance program helped us reach 13,399 people in underserved communities.
129 donors to our capital campaign made it possible to cut the ribbon on a new public site in the fall -- it's 10,000-square feet of museum space! The expansion let us begin offering two new field trips: Nature Labs and Discovery Labs.
