Challenge Question #1.
Coral in Australia's Great Barrier Reef are less colorful than usual. From 1998 to 2002 observers have noticed a bleaching effect caused by a depletion of the colorful zooxanthellae algae.
What is the suspected reason for the depletion of these symbiotic algae?

Challenge Question #2.
Chicken pox is caused by the virus Varicella zoster and even after a person has recovered from the disease some of the virus remains dormant in their nervous system.
When a person has had chickenpox do you think it a good or a bad idea for that person to avoid all possible exposure forever afterward?
