Get to know the planet we call home in all its explosive, earth-shattering glory with Explorit’s new exhibition Earth Explorations, opening October 15. Join us to celebrate this fresh new look at all the forces that shape the earth at our grand opening and ribbon cutting on Monday, October 15 from 5:00-7:00 p.m.

From the gradual but dramatic effects of wind erosion to the sudden and stunning upheaval of an earthquake, discover the many forces shaping our planet. Explore the earth-shaping power of ice, or control the direction of the wind in an aeolian landscape. There’s much to explore!

Members get exclusive early access at 4:00 p.m. The cost is $5 for members, $7 for nonmembers; children 2 and under are free.

Plus, catch the U.C. Davis Chemistry Department’s explosive show and meet some creepy crawly friends from the Bohart Museum of Entomology. Witness Citrus Circuit’s new robotic creation and be among the first to discover all that Earth Explorations has to offer.
