Be sure to stop by the Davis Farmers Market on Saturday, March 2 to learn all about local summer activities for kids at the Children’s Summer Activity Faire. Discover all the amazing summer options available to young Davisites, including Explorit’s Summer Science Camps.

Summer Science Camps return in 2019 with a full slate of all-new hands-on science experiences. Apply all your knowledge of chemistry, physics, engineering and more to tackling real-world problems in Solve It! Real World Challenges.

Or explore local flora and fauna in Animal Detectives and learn how to protect our planet in Earth Enforcers-Environmental Stewardship. Plus, dig deep and prepare to get your hands dirty in Fossil Finders.

And, for students ages 12-16 turn your gaze toward the heavens in The Stars and Our Night Sky, a special evening astronomy experience. Each half-day camp meets at Explorit (3141 5th St. in Davis) and costs $100 for Explorit members, $125 for non-members.

A full schedule and all the details will be available at www.explorit.org by February 15. Registration opens online on March 12. Camp sizes are limited, so register early for the best selection. We hope to see you this summer!
