The time has come once again to give a shout out to the tireless individuals who make Summer Science Camp at Explorit Science Center a stellar experience each year--our small army of volunteer Summer Teaching Assistants.

Summer Teaching Assistants are often the first point of contact for new students arriving for the day, greeting them as they walk in and engaging them in fun, hands-on science activities. Throughout the day they assist campers with experiments, set up equipment, clean up projects, and provide invaluable support to campers and educators.

But by far the most important role Summer Teaching Assistants play is that of mentor. They spend the summer building relationships with campers that can inspire a lifetime of learning and curiosity.

So it is with a heart full of gratitude that we say a great big thank you to Aaron Lee, Aditi Mahajan, Almas Khan, Angela Lin, Anika Kulkarni, Anna Sanchirico, Anoushka Chander, Charissa Zeigler, Claudia O'Brien, Cory Kodira, David Carlip, Eliana Enriquez, Erik Fredrickson, Evelyn Cheng, Gabi Caceres, Hannah Lu, Isabella Stein, Jack Artho, James Cross, Jerry Guo, Jocelyn Chen, Jonathon Huneke, Julian Montesanto, Julie Knoepfler, Kai Honda-Scully, Kate Li, Lindsey Su, Luke Mangney, Luna Luo, Mesara Jayalath, Mia Mangney, Mia Mark, Micah Boughton, Natalie Chen, Nathan Rullamas, Saad Malik, Sarah Oide, Scott Oslund, Sithmi Jayasundara, Surina Beal, Tate Chatfield, Vinita Saxena, and Walsh Klineberg.
