All group programs require reservations made at least two weeks in advance. Some programs have particularly busy seasons, so please reserve programs as early as possible to make sure we can fully accommodate your needs.

When you call to reserve your programs, please have the following information ready:

• Contact person's name, telephone number & email address
• Organization's name, address & telephone number
• Billing address (if different)
• Name of program you wish to reserve
• Preferred and alternate dates
• Desired time
• Grade or age of group
• Number in group

1. Discovery Lesson and Lab Field Trips to Explorit main site.
2. Nature Lab and Safari Field Trips to Explorit's Mace Park Branch.
3. Classroom programs at your school or other facility
4. Large group programs at your school or other facility

Explorit charges full program fees for cancellations within 3 weeks of the scheduled Science Assembly, Classroom Adventure, Teacher Workshop, Young Scientist Series, Science in Your World or Health in Your World program. A $45 fee will be charged for Discovery Lesson, Inquiry Lab, Nature Safari or Nature Lab cancellations (or $78 for a combined Discovery Lesson/Nature Safari program) made within 3 weeks of the scheduled program.
For programs receiving fee assistance, cancellations made within 3 weeks of the scheduled program will incur a corresponding cancellation fee.
