This 240 page spiral bound soft cover book is an illustrated scientific diary, a teaching resource, or a place to record birthdays, anniversaries and personally memorable events. With a paragraph on each day of the year about a scientist born on that day, an index of the scientists included, a separate index of women scientists, and mini essays by practicing scientists, this book is an interesting and useful resource. 2. TERPS (Teacher Enrichment Resource Packets)

These contain information, activities, references and vocabulary lists and are developed for each Changing Exhibition at Explorit. Specifically intended for teachers who bring their classes for Discovery Lessons based on the exhibitions, they can be valuable as stand-alone resource packets for each specific topic.

Several TERPs (developed in 1992) including the one for an exhibition on American Indian life) titled
"Koolas to Tipis To Tule Huts"
are available here for you to look at and print out for your own use (Explorit holds their copyright).
