Every year Explorit Science Center creates a new exhibit for our Exploration Gallery for area students and our community to enjoy. Our Exploration Gallery promotes our mission of hands-on science through inquiry and discovery. Our onsite gallery offers many engaging and interactive experience for guests of all ages. We are pleased to announce our Light and Sound exhibit, coming in the September.
Make waves with our new exhibition on Light and Sound! Explore the similarities and differences between how light and sound travel. Discover how color and light are linked and ways we can manipulate sound. Build your own sound device to take home with recycled materials at our Challenge Center. Use what you learn from Explorit to discover more about Light and Sound at home.
Explorit will be closing our gallery for the exhibit change starting Friday, September 20 and will remain closed through Saturday, September 28. Explorit will then reopen for a Grand Opening on Sunday, September 29 from 1:00-5:00pm. In honor of one of our founding members, our main gallery has been named the “Anne Hance Exploration Gallery”. Naming dedication will happen at the Grand Opening.
