Celebrate International Migratory Bird Day! At 10:00am local migration scientist Dr. Marilyn Ramenofsky  will discuss the effects of climate change on migratory patterns. From noon until 4:00pm an afternoon of fun migration-themed activities, challenges, and crafts will include a Migration Game, Binocular Challenge, Wingspan and Wingbeat Challenge, Bird Window Craft, Recyclable Bird Feeder, What's a Bird? and Wing Exploration with California Waterfowl.

Explorit's Feathers In Flight Festival introduces the Center's “Feathers in your World” Community Science Project. This event is partially funded by the Frank H. and Eva B. Buck Foundation and by Genentech.
